At Twitter Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your new bicycle or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and place all components back into the original factory box with all manuals, tools, and protective padding included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
